Alexis Primus is an actress from Washington, D.C. who recently graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Communications and a minor in Theatre (May 2019).

Since graduation, she has moved back to the city where she first discovered her love for Acting and Theatre. Alexis intends to continue her education and will pursue an MFA in Acting. In the meantime, she has been navigating the D.C. theatre scene to the best of her ability.

In this episode, Alexis and Kristie chat about the dynamics within University theatre departments and the lack of diversity and inclusion. They also share their thoughts on the lack of people of color within historical period dramas/pieces and other relevant concerns with the film & theatre industry.
